Prepare for pregnancy with a clearer understanding of your health!

Schedule Now

Prepare for pregnancy with a clearer picture of your health.

Pregnancy places significant physical demands on the body. Before conception, your body is preparing to support hormone production, nutrient stores, blood volume, energy production, and the earliest stages of development.

Our Preconception Care for Couples service helps you take a proactive look at the health factors that may influence fertility and pregnancy. Through a functional fertility assessment, personalized lab testing, result interpretation, and follow-up support, you’ll receive practical recommendations to help you prepare for your next chapter with greater clarity.

Your care package includes more than $1,099 in stated value—plus 15% off recommended professional-grade supplements.

What’s Included

1. Functional Fertility Workup

$199 value

This comprehensive assessment goes beyond a basic health history to explore the systems and patterns that may influence reproductive health.

Your workup includes an evaluation of:

  • Personal health history
  • Reproductive health history
  • Nutrition and lifestyle factors
  • Stress and nervous system patterns
  • Commonly unexplored contributors to fertility challenges

The assessment explores the following areas:

Gut–Fertility Axis

Digestive and gut-related factors that may be relevant to nutrient absorption, inflammation, hormone metabolism, and reproductive health.

Inflammation

Patterns that may indicate the need for additional support in managing inflammatory burden.

Metabolic Health

Blood sugar regulation, energy balance, and other metabolic factors connected to overall and reproductive health.

Immune System

Immune-related patterns that may warrant further attention as part of your preconception plan.

Stress and Nervous System

The relationship between stress, nervous-system regulation, sleep, and whole-body health.

Mitochondrial and Energy Pathways

Factors involved in cellular energy production and the body’s ability to meet increased demands.

Detoxification and Elimination Systems

The body’s systems for processing and eliminating metabolic byproducts and other compounds.

Hormone Signaling

Patterns related to hormone production, communication, metabolism, and reproductive function.

This multidimensional approach is designed to help identify areas that may otherwise be overlooked.

2. Preconception Lab Work and Retest

$650 value

Your personalized preconception lab panel evaluates markers that help create a more complete picture of your health before pregnancy.

Depending on your individual needs, the panel may include areas such as:

  • General wellness markers
  • Thyroid health
  • Iron status
  • Inflammation
  • Autoimmune markers
  • Blood sugar regulation
  • Metabolic health
  • Key nutrients involved in fertility, hormone production, and pregnancy support

Why Test Before Pregnancy?

Preconception care can help identify and address health conditions—including blood sugar concerns, blood pressure concerns, thyroid disorders, nutritional insufficiencies, and other imbalances—that may affect fertility or pregnancy planning.

An issue that seems mild before pregnancy may become more significant as the body’s demands increase. Evaluating your health in advance creates an opportunity to address concerns proactively and build a stronger foundation before conception.

Your Results Are Reviewed in Three Ways

Your lab results are interpreted through:

  1. Conventional medical reference ranges
To identify results that may fall outside standard laboratory ranges.
  2. Functional ranges for health and fertility
To look for opportunities to optimize your overall health and preconception preparation.
  3. Relative ratios between related markers
Because individual values can appear “normal” while the relationship between connected markers may suggest that further attention is needed.

Your care includes interpretation of the results and recommendations based on the findings. A follow-up retest helps evaluate changes and guide the next phase of your plan.

3. Two 30-Minute Office Consultations

$250 value

Your consultations provide dedicated time to review your health information, understand your results, and determine your next steps.

Consultation One

  • Review your health and reproductive history
  • Discuss your functional fertility assessment
  • Review your preconception lab findings
  • Identify areas that may benefit from additional support
  • Create an individualized preconception plan

Consultation Two

  • Review your progress
  • Discuss retest results
  • Refine your recommendations
  • Answer follow-up questions
  • Clarify your next steps before conception

4. Professional-Grade Supplement Recommendations

Receive personalized recommendations for professional-grade supplements based on your health history, goals, assessment, and lab findings.

Recommendations are individualized rather than one-size-fits-all. Your plan is designed to help you understand what may be appropriate to consider, why it may be recommended, and how it fits into your overall preconception strategy.

5. 15% Off Recommended Professional-Grade Supplements

Receive 15% off the retail price of recommended professional-grade supplements..

Why Consider Preconception Care?

Preconception planning is an opportunity to assess your health before pregnancy begins—not after a concern arises.

Before conception, you can work with a qualified practitioner to:

  • Review your health and reproductive history
  • Identify areas that may need attention
  • Evaluate thyroid, iron, metabolic, inflammatory, immune, and nutrient-related markers
  • Support healthy nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress-management habits
  • Review supplement and wellness recommendations
  • Create a plan based on your individual needs

The choices made before conception may contribute to the health and well-being of parents and children. Preparing early gives you time to gather information, make informed decisions, and address concerns with the appropriate members of your healthcare team.

A More Informed Start to Family Planning

You don’t have to wait until pregnancy to begin paying attention to your health.

Whether you are just starting to think about growing your family, preparing to try to conceive, or looking for a more comprehensive evaluation after fertility challenges, preconception care can help you move forward with more information and a clearer plan.

Start with insight. Move forward with intention.

It may also be appropriate for individuals or couples who have experienced fertility challenges and want to investigate health factors that may not have been fully explored.

Does this service guarantee pregnancy?

No. No practitioner or service can guarantee conception or a complication-free pregnancy. This service is designed to provide individualized assessment, education, and recommendations to support informed preconception planning.

What does the lab testing evaluate?

Your lab work is selected to assess areas relevant to preconception health, which may include thyroid health, iron status, inflammation, autoimmune markers, blood sugar, metabolism, and key nutrients. The exact recommendations are based on your health history and individual needs.

Why is a retest included?

A retest provides an opportunity to review changes over time and determine whether recommendations should be continued, adjusted, or discussed further with your healthcare team.

Are supplements included in the package?

Professional-grade supplement recommendations are included. Recommended supplements are purchased separately, and eligible professional-grade supplements are available at 15% off the retail price.

Should I continue seeing my primary care provider or OB-GYN?

Yes. Preconception Care is complementary and does not replace primary care, obstetric care, reproductive endocrinology, or other specialist care. Continue working with your medical providers, especially if you have a diagnosed condition, take prescription medication, or are already pregnant.

A healthy pregnancy journey starts before the positive test. Take a proactive step toward understanding your health, identifying areas for support, and creating a personalized preconception plan.
